About these terms
This website is run by Registered company name, e.g. We Know VoIP Limited, trading as We Know VoIP (Companies Office of Jamaica reg. no.), 8 Lady Musgrave Road, Kingston, Jamaica, licensed under Telecommunications licence no.. By using the site you accept these terms.
Prices and information
Prices on this site are per month in Jamaican dollars and exclude General Consumption Tax (GCT) unless stated. They're a guide, not an offer: your price is the one in your signed quote or customer agreement. We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but features, prices and availability can change.
The bandwidth calculator and connection test
These give estimates to help you plan. They can't account for everything on your network, so they're not a guarantee of call quality. A readiness assessment by our engineers is the measurement we stand behind.
Our content
The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to We Know VoIP or are used with permission. You can share links and quote short extracts with credit. Our media kit is provided for writing about us; please don't change the logos or use them to suggest we endorse something.
Using the site properly
Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content. Found a security problem? Tell us at [email protected] — see our security.txt.
Links to other sites
We're not responsible for the content of websites we link to.
Liability
Limitation of liability wording, to be written by your lawyer. It can't exclude liability that Jamaican law, including the Consumer Protection Act, doesn't allow to be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
The rest of the agreement
- Severability: if one clause is unenforceable the rest still stands — wording from your lawyer
- Entire agreement: what these terms replace, and how they sit alongside the customer agreement
- Assignment: whether either side may transfer the agreement, and on what notice
- Force majeure: what happens when neither side can perform — hurricanes and island-wide outages are the realistic case here
- Waiver: not enforcing a term once does not give it up
- Who may agree: that the person accepting has authority to bind their business, and any age requirement
If you buy service from us
These website terms are not the service contract. Link the customer agreement here once it is published, and say which document wins if they disagree.
How to complain about a regulated telecoms service, and when it can be escalated to the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) or the Spectrum Management Authority — confirm which applies to your licence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica deal with any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
